The guarantee is limited and covers only manufacturing structural defects from the date of purchase. It does not cover glass, misuse, normal wear and tear and defects caused by exposure to sunlight. Online Order Query
If you have placed an online order of our furniture and have a query, you’re in the right place. Please bear in mind that all made to order furniture has a lead time of 8-10 weeks and you will be contacted to book a delivery slot once the goods are with our delivery depot. If you have any queries, fill in the form below and ensure you include your order reference so we can easily track your order.

Chair swatches: Dining chairs are made from solid oak for strength which match perfectly with the Oak Natural veneers used on our furniture. We produce superior stains to ensure that the chairs you order will match the dining table you place it with.
