Returns

We cannot cancel, exchange, refund or accept returns on made to order furniture so please make sure that the item and finish is right before you place any order. We can accept cancellations on orders of clearance and stock items purchased online up to 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as they are returned in the original packaging and are in the same undamaged condition as we delivered them.

Faulty/Damaged Items
‘Made to order’ goods that are found to have been damaged in transit will be replaced providing that the customer noted any damage seen on the delivery note at the point of delivery.
If a clearance item is damaged in transit and damage noted on the delivery note, we will supply a replacement. On occasions when we are awaiting new stocks, we will advise you of the expected timescale and will dispatch the replacement as soon as the new stock arrives.

Non-Damaged/Faulty Returns
Clearance items which are cancelled for reasons other than damage in transit must be packaged securely by the customer and we can arrange collection of the goods and apply a collection charge. This will be the same value as the original delivery charge and will be deducted from the refund value when processed. If we receive the returnable goods damaged due to poor packaging and are not in the same state as when delivered to you, then we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.

International Returns
Clearance and stock items which are cancelled for reasons other than damage in transit must be packaged securely by the customer in the original packaging to protect them from damage in transit and we will then arrange collection of the goods and apply a collection charge. This charge will be quoted to you before collection is arranged and will be deducted from the refund value when processed. If we receive the returnable goods damaged due to poor packaging or they are not in the same state as when delivered to you, then we reserve the right to offer a partial refund / refuse the refund.

Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund you the full order value including any delivery costs. If an order is cancelled for a lack of stock, then we will provide you with alternatives that may suit your needs.
