We cannot cancel, exchange, refund or accept returns on made-to-order furniture so please make sure that the item, size and finish is right before you place your order. If unsure please ask for free wood, fabric or leather samples.

We can accept returns on orders of stock items purchased online up to 14 days from the date of delivery. See below return details

Faulty/Damaged Items
Products that are found to have been damaged in transit will be replaced free charge providing that the customer noted any damage on the delivery note at the point of delivery. Returned items must be inspected on collection by the delivery team (this is to protect us in case of further damage on the return journey). Please have the item unpackaged for inspection. Please have all original packaging ready for the team to use to re-package the furniture.  We will arrange collection of the goods

Returns
Returned items must be inspected on collection by the delivery team (this is to protect us in case of damage on the return journey). Please have the item unpackaged for inspection. You must have all original packaging ready for the team to use to re-package the furniture.  We will arrange collection of the goods and apply a collection charge. This is the same as charged to us by our delivery company. The Collection charge in England and Wales is between £70 and £90 for most postcodes and £90 to £120 for most postcodes in Scotland. Please ask for costs for remote postcodes, Highlands and Islands. If the returnable goods are damaged upon collection then we reserve the right to refuse collection or offer a partial refund. If you have any concerns, please keep all the packaging.

International Returns
Stock items which are cancelled for reasons other than damage in transit must be packaged securely by the customer in the original packaging to protect them from damage in transit and we will then arrange collection of the goods and apply a collection charge. This charge will be quoted to you before collection is arranged and will be deducted from the refund value when processed. If we receive the returnable goods damaged due to poor packaging or they are not in the same state as when delivered to you, then we reserve the right to offer a partial refund / refuse the refund. If you have any concerns, please keep all the packaging.

Cancellations by us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund you the full order value including any delivery costs. If an order is cancelled for a lack of stock, then we will provide you with alternatives that may suit your needs.
