The DNA Single strand Lamp table is commonly used as a bedside table and includes an open three shelf configuration which is perfect for both uses. The Ellipse Lamp Table is also a popular bedside/lamp table and features an open design with shelves to provide storage.

We exclusively use toughened safety glass which is physically and thermally stronger than regular glass however, this does not make it impervious to scratches. The nature of glass make it is susceptible to scratches and must be protected from any sharp or abrasive items such as plates, vases and other abrasive objects. You should always use place mats. This would be the same with a polished wooden, marble or painted top. We suggest cleaning glass tops with a glass cleaning agent and a microfibre cloth.

Yes. If you already own Tom Schneider furniture, we'll do our best to match the wood finish on your new piece. If you're unsure which finish you have, simply send us a few photographs or a video and we'll be happy to identify it and advise on the closest match. Because every piece is made from natural wood, variations in grain and tone are part of its unique character. Furniture purchased at different times may initially show colour differences, particularly with Walnut, which naturally changes as it matures. Over time, these differences become less noticeable as the wood gradually converges in colour.

Natural wood is a living material that matures over time. For example, when Walnut is first cut, it will have a muted tone/colour. When it is exposed to natural sunlight, over the course of a few months, the walnut will begin to change to give richer, more vibrant colours. (This process continues over several years getting lighter and more golden over time). The colour and tone of Items bought at different times will converge over time so differences noticed when first unpacked will fade away.

Items ordered from stock in the same wood finish will match but we cannot guarantee an exact match. It must be appreciated that by using real wood there will always be a variance in tone, grain and markings, which is testament to its origin as a tree. These are characteristics and hallmarks of genuine, high-quality timber.
