UK Premium Delivery Service
Our 2-man service is booked in with you by our UK delivery partner. Delivery will be made to a room of choice and the items will be unwrapped for you. The service includes basic assembly as well as removal of all packaging. It does not include assembly of wardrobes, bed frames or affixing of shelves and mirrors to walls. We are unable to offer this 2-man delivery service to customers who live outside mainland UK. Rest of the World - Shipping will show as £0. You can go ahead and order. We will search for the best rate to offer you. Full refund will be given if you are not happy with the quote. Or let us know what you want and we will quote before you order.
Overseas delivery
We work with select international logistics companies so that we can ship worldwide. International deliveries are usually threshold only, however premium deliveries can be arranged in some instances on request.
When will my order be ready?
Stock items are processed asap and you should be offered a delivery date within 1 week of ordering.
All made to order items have an 8 to 10 week lead time for production and delivery to a UK address. If this lead time is shorter, we will be in touch to let you know that your goods will be with you earlier than expected. As both of our delivery options are pre-booked with you, you are kept in the loop with all delivery times.
Do you deliver items separately?
For orders made up of a mixture of Made-To-Order furniture and Held-In-Stock items, we will usually deliver all together when the made to order items are ready. If you would prefer to receive your stocked items sooner, just let us know as we are happy to deliver these asap.
Can my order be left in the garden/porch/shed?
No. All deliveries must be accepted in person, checked over for any possible damage in transit and signed for.
Is there anything I need to know before ordering?
Please check that packaged goods will fit through all entryways on the way to their final destination. We cannot be held responsible for lack of access on delivery. If in any doubt please contact us and we can help to asertain if the access is adequte.
It is your responsibility to check over packaging and your items whilst the delivery team is there, so you can be happy that they have arrived without damage.
If you notice any issues please flag this to the delivery team, note any damage to the packaging as well as the furniture on the delivery note and call us as soon as possible on 020 8446 9700 to discuss how you would like to proceed. Please keep hold of all original packaging until a solution has been agreed.
If you do not require the unpacking service offered to you by our 2-man delivery team and want to unpack your items at a later date, please inform us prior to delivery. You will also need to sign for the goods as unchecked. Please check for any damage to the packaging and note this on the delivery note. Failure to do this may void any possible claim.
