Returns, Withdrawals & Cancellations

We want you to order with confidence.

Our furniture is handcrafted to the highest standards and we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. The information below explains our policies for returns, withdrawals and cancellations for both stock and made-to-order furniture.

Returnable Items

Stock items purchased online may be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Customers wishing to submit a withdrawal request may do so using our Withdrawal Request Form.

Made-to-Order Furniture

Our made-to-order furniture is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Customers select from a range of wood finishes, fabrics and leathers and, in some cases, may provide their own upholstery material.

Many customers order matching collections of furniture, with timber carefully selected and crafted together to ensure consistency of colour, grain and appearance across multiple pieces.

To help customers make their decision with confidence, we offer free wood, fabric and leather samples.

As each piece is manufactured specifically for the customer, made-to-order furniture cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged, returned or refunded once production has commenced.

Customers may submit a Withdrawal Request using our Withdrawal Request Form. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation and the nature of the products ordered.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Faulty items or items damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Any damage should be noted on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery and reported to us as soon as possible so that we can arrange an appropriate solution.

The Return Process & Costs

Inspection

All returned items will be inspected upon collection to protect against damage during the return journey. Please have the item unpackaged and available for inspection.

Original Packaging

Customers must retain all original packaging if they may wish to return an item. Due to the size and delicate nature of handcrafted furniture, original packaging is required to help ensure safe transportation during the return process.

Collection Charges

For returns of non-faulty items, a collection charge will be deducted from the refund.

England & Wales: £70–£90 for most postcodes.

Scotland: £90–£120 for most postcodes.

Costs for remote postcodes, Highlands, Islands and international addresses will be provided upon request.

Customer-Arranged Returns

Customers may arrange their own return to our logistics partner in Towcester, NN12 7SU.

Customers choosing this option are responsible for ensuring the furniture is adequately protected during transport. Any damage occurring during transit may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for the original amount paid, less any applicable collection charges.

For returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery, any payment processing fees charged by banks, card providers or payment platforms may also be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of all monies paid, including any delivery charges where applicable.

Customers wishing to submit a withdrawal request can do so using our Withdrawal Request Form.

Once submitted, we will acknowledge receipt of the request and review it in accordance with the nature of the products ordered and any applicable consumer legislation.
