Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded. It is crucial for customers to be certain about the item, size, and finish before placing an order. Free wood, fabric, or leather samples are offered to help with this decision.

  • Stock items purchased online can be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery,

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Faulty items or items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge. Damage must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. Please contact us immediately to arrange the replacement.

The Return Process & Costs

  • Inspection is Mandatory: All returned items will be inspected upon collection to protect against damage on the return journey. Please have the item unpackaged for inspection.
  • Original Packaging: Customers must keep all original packaging for the return.
  • Collection Charge: For returns of non-faulty items, a collection charge will be deducted from the refund.
    • England and Wales: £70 - £90 for most postcodes.
    • Scotland: £90 - £120 for most postcodes.
    • Costs for remote postcodes, Highland, Islands and international addresses will be provided upon request.

·       Customer-Arranged Returns: Customers can choose to arrange their own return to our logistics partner in Towcester, NN12 7SU. However, they will be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit, which will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for the original amount paid, minus any applicable collection charge.
  • If the return is initiated more than 14 days after delivery, any payment processing fees (typically 1.5% to 3.5%) charged by banks or credit card companies will also be deducted from the refund.
